Arrival Times
All arrival times are estimates. Although we do our best to be on time and generally are, however, if we are running late, we will call and let you know.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a move. Cancellations within 24 hours of the move start time will incur a £50 fee.
Clearance
There is a minimum charge of £50 per half tonne for goods going to the tip.
Cost
There is a 2 hour minimum charge on all jobs. After 2 hours, rates are charged at half hour increments and 17.5% will be added to the cost of all work and surcharges.
Extra Fuel
Charges apply when traveling outside the M25
Loss or Damage
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property after job is complete and payment is received.
Parking
Please try to ensure that there is parking available outside of your premises on the day. Parking is to be arranged by the customer. Any parking fines received will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer on completion of the job.
Payment
Payment should be made to the driver directly at the end of the job using cash or cheque. Our drivers are not able to accept debit or credit cards.
Right to refuse
We reserve the right to refuse to take any load we feel is unsuitable or that has not been accurately specified before collection.
Staff Abuse
Verbal or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. If the driver is forced to leave the job because of abuse from the customer, verbal or otherwise, the customer will still be liable to pay in full.
