For removals within London we only charge from the time when we meet you until the time when we leave.
TIme
Please ensure you are ready upon our arrival to help keep cost down yourself. However if you are not ready, we will be happy to assist in any way we can to help speed things up, however an additional cost will be added to the final bill.
Insurance
Each van load has coverage for loss or damage to £10,000 of the customers’ belongings during transit; subject to an excess charge of £250 per claim. Claims must be reported at the time of occurrence – no claim will be accepted after payment has been made.
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel less than 24 hours before booking a £50 cancellation fee must be paid. If you are moving the booking to another day then the fee may be wavered at our discretion.
